Active bodies think more deeply. This is the outcome of a study by cognitive psychologist Lorenza Colzato and her fellow researchers at Leiden University, published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.

Creative people sometimes use bodily movement to help overcome mental blocks and lack of inspiration. Indeed, authors such as Henry James and Thomas Mann used to walk before starting to write. However, is it really true that physical exercise helps you to become more creative?
